Welcome to Charlotte Joanne and thank you for stopping by to learn a little more about me and what I do. 

I am an illustrator based in Surrey, England. I hand draw and paint all of my designs before digitally editing them. I mainly work with watercolours to create little works of art that I can print onto cards!

I began my card journey making hand painted Christmas cards for friends and family. I sat on the floor in my front room at the coffee table and just drew whatever came to mind and learned a long the way how to use watercolours. They went down so well I started making more to sell. I still create hand painted cards today, but focus on printed designs.

All of my cards are printed in the UK and it is important for me to work with UK based businesses, to keep our small independents thriving.

WHERE IT ALL BEGAN...

My once lovely coffee table became destroyed by wet paintbrushes, inks and watercolours, but it was the beginning of a bigger story. These Christmas cards were gifted to friends and family and then became one of my first products available to buy.
